## When two signals disagree, who decides?

A useful score starts a conversation. It should not end the discussion about evidence or authority.

**What should happen when readiness evidence conflicts with the native score?**

Consider a lead with frequent website activity but uncertain acquisition quality, or a relationship whose business context has changed outside the CRM. Another number alone will not explain which response is appropriate. Your team needs to understand the disagreement, the age of the evidence and the person responsible for resolving it.

Lofty's native Lead Analysis already explains its scoring inputs, including communication and web activity. Lofty also supports its own AI workflows and an MCP interface for external agents. The additional role for HiveSilo is a defined decision boundary around evidence that spans your authorized systems.

## Resolve the difference before the action.

Make the reason, the permitted step and the accountable owner visible together.

[Talk through your use case](https://hivesilo.com/integrations/lofty#fit)

**Understand a score change.**

Compare the native explanation with additional permitted context and make the reason for the next decision clear.

**Agree the next step.**

Decide whether the evidence supports a conversation, a review or a hold.

**Keep AI inside its remit.**

Check the requesting user and destination authority before a cross-system task proceeds.

### A reasoned comparison.

Bring the native scoring explanation beside customer-approved readiness and acquisition evidence. [[P055-V02]](https://hivesilo.com/integrations/lofty#source-P055-V02)

Useful output: A comparison brief identifying agreement, conflict and uncertainty.

### A controlled handoff.

Use the same respect for permissions when a proposed action leaves the CRM workflow. The destination may have a different owner. [[P055-V07]](https://hivesilo.com/integrations/lofty#source-P055-V07)

Useful output: An action request with a named reviewer and allowed scope.

### A measurable decision.

Track whether the chosen response leads to a useful conversation or better allocation of attention, using customer-defined outcomes.

Useful output: A record connecting evidence, decision and observed progress.

**An active lead needs a second look.**

Illustrative workflow: a manager sees a strong native lead score alongside unresolved traffic-quality concerns about its source.

### Start with Lofty

Lofty provides the score, its indicators and the existing AI/task workflow.

### Bring the relevant context together

- Authorized native score explanation
- Permitted source-quality and customer-owned outcome context
- Current user permissions and destination task ownership

### Make the decision

Ask the manager to review the disagreement before increasing effort or spend. Keep the individual client's conversation separate from a source-cohort investigation.

### A useful output

A short review showing what supports the priority, what challenges it and the allowed next step.

### Keep responsibility clear

Sales manager for the relationship; marketing owner for source investment.

#### Hold and ask

A missing permission, unverified source match or unresolved contradiction goes to its responsible owner.

#### Record the outcome

Evidence versions, native recommendation, reviewer, approved scope and task result. [[P055-V02]](https://hivesilo.com/integrations/lofty#source-P055-V02) [[P055-V07]](https://hivesilo.com/integrations/lofty#source-P055-V07)

## Require control before AI acts.

An AI tool's ability to call an operation is only one part of deciding whether that action belongs in this workflow.

- 1

### Request

An AI proposes an action

- 2

### Check

Policy and authority

- 3

### Approve

Named owner, when required

- 4

### Act

Within permitted scope

- 5

### Record

Keep the action, outcome and accountable owner traceable.

Unclear authority? Hold the action. Resolve with the named, authorized owner before proceeding.

Controls apply to actions routed through the configured HiveSilo boundary.

**Read the governance and escalation requirements**

Make accountable authorization a condition of putting AI to work. HiveSilo describes an operating layer that combines buyer intelligence, customer-data privacy and governance. Your deployment should establish the responsible owner and permitted scope before an agent can change records, contact buyers or trigger campaigns.

HiveSilo documents policy checks before execution, default denial when authorization is unclear, human checkpoints, scoped stop controls and decision receipts. These controls apply to actions routed through its policy boundary. Keep decisions, required approvals and held actions traceable as the workflow progresses, then record the action, outcome and accountable owner. [[HS6]](https://hivesilo.com/integrations/lofty#source-HS6) [[HS7]](https://hivesilo.com/integrations/lofty#source-HS7)

**Who**

Identify the acting agent or person and name the business owner accountable for this workflow.

**What**

Define the action and permitted data categories before execution.

**Where**

Specify the approved system, destination and customer custody boundary.

**How**

Require an approved execution path, access scope and applicable policy checks.

**When**

Set the permitted conditions and approval validity; recheck authority before a held action resumes.

**Why**

Record the business purpose and the basis for allowing, denying or holding the action.

### An edge case should stop the affected action.

For the deployment, require unresolved authority, an unapproved destination or an out-of-policy action to remain on hold. A timeout or unanswered approval request must not become permission to proceed.

### Who gets the question?

Agree a named owner and authorized delegate for each workflow. A proposed responsibility model is: sales for buyer outreach and lead handling; marketing for campaign spend and audiences; security or privacy for data-access exceptions; the platform owner for connector or runtime changes. Test the escalation route. If no authorized reviewer is available, keep the action held.

Before a proposed task crosses into another CRM or campaign tool, compare source permissions, destination rights and the customer's approval policy.

Named-owner routing is configured and demonstrated for each deployment. Governance covers actions routed through its configured boundary; external systems remain responsible for actions outside that scope.

## Your client list stays yours.

Let intelligence travel without sending your client list with it.

[Explore the security architecture](https://hivesilo.com/security-architecture) Your client records stay with your business under HiveSilo’s published architecture.

**How your data stays under your control**

HiveSilo's published architecture keeps customer identities and re-identifiable data inside the customer's enclave. HiveSilo receives permitted non-PII signals and scores. **Lofty connection & briefing scope**

### Use Lofty's openness with a defined scope.

Lofty's documented API and MCP capabilities provide routes for authorized workflows. MCP uses the underlying authentication and permissions; it does not grant a new right to every lead or action.

Select the appropriate application and access method for your account. Confirm permitted records, operations and destination ownership before enabling a workflow, and make access revocation part of its operating plan.

### A useful fit when

A strong fit is a high-use brokerage with multiple systems, meaningful acquisition investment and clear owners for AI-enabled work.

- A demonstrated gap beyond native Lofty scoring and AI
- Customer-approved context from more than one system
- A technical and business owner for controlled activation

### Consider the fit

- Native Lofty tools may already solve a simple follow-up requirement.
- An additional layer should have a defined decision and enough economic value to justify implementation.

In your enquiry, name Lofty and the business decision. Please leave out client records, credentials and sensitive samples.

**Eight questions before your briefing**

-

**1. Why add HiveSilo if Lofty already scores leads?**

Only add a layer when it contributes useful evidence or a decision your enabled Lofty workflow does not already provide. The comparison might involve acquisition quality, customer-owned outcomes or context held in another authorized system. The result should explain the difference and help a manager choose a better next step. [[P055-V02]](https://hivesilo.com/integrations/lofty#source-P055-V02)

-

**2. What does Lofty's native score consider?**

Its published Lead Analysis guide describes five categories: home price, timeframe, contact validity, communication and website activity. It also provides indicators explaining changes. Begin with that explanation when designing an additional review, rather than presenting HiveSilo as the first source of scoring or insight in the workflow. [[P055-V02]](https://hivesilo.com/integrations/lofty#source-P055-V02)

-

**3. Does the MCP connection approve every AI action?**

No. Lofty describes MCP access as following the authenticated user's existing permissions. Your business still needs to define the purpose, destination and approval of a proposed action. A task permitted in one system may require a different owner when it changes work in another system or commits campaign spend. [[P055-V07]](https://hivesilo.com/integrations/lofty#source-P055-V07)

-

**4. How should conflicting scores be handled?**

Show the evidence behind each recommendation, including its timing and coverage. If a conflict cannot be resolved, place the proposed action with the manager who owns that relationship or budget. Avoid averaging incompatible scores into a seemingly precise answer that conceals the underlying disagreement and makes review harder.

-

**5. Can the workflow respect existing Lofty AI?**

Yes, the evaluation starts by identifying the native tools already enabled and the work they perform. Additional recommendations should refer to that baseline. Where a native agent or task already handles the need, retain it; where outside context changes the decision, make that reason visible to the responsible team. [[P055-V03]](https://hivesilo.com/integrations/lofty#source-P055-V03) [[P055-V07]](https://hivesilo.com/integrations/lofty#source-P055-V07)

-

**6. What happens when access is withdrawn?**

The affected workflow should stop using the withdrawn authority. Review which tasks are still permitted and which require a new owner or authorization. Connection design includes credential handling, permission changes and revocation, so an earlier grant is not treated as permanent permission for future activity across connected systems. [[P055-V04]](https://hivesilo.com/integrations/lofty#source-P055-V04) [[P055-V05]](https://hivesilo.com/integrations/lofty#source-P055-V05)

-

**7. Are Chime and Lofty different page subjects?**

Lofty is the current name announced in the Chime Technologies rebrand. Identify the current customer account and product when scoping the work, including any legacy documentation involved. The former name helps people recognize their platform; it is not a reason to promise a separate connection or duplicate the same use case. [[P055-V01]](https://hivesilo.com/integrations/lofty#source-P055-V01)

-

**8. What would a first review involve?**

Bring one example where the native recommendation and another piece of business evidence led your team to different conclusions. Describe the desired action and who can approve it. HiveSilo can then assess the extra context, privacy boundary and measures needed, without requiring client identities or credentials in the initial conversation.
