Amadeus Delphi + HiveSilo

View scope

Amadeus Delphi. Give the event offer the right account context.

A luxury hotel can have space for an event while a separately managed enterprise agreement changes how the offer should be handled. HiveSilo can help the event-sales owner consider permitted account obligations before making a commercial commitment, with guest and client identities kept under customer control.

Start with a conversation. No client records needed.

Availability is only one part of the account decision.

Know which enterprise conditions apply before the proposal leaves the property.

What does this account require beyond the available event space?

An enterprise enquiry may arrive at a property while its agreement is managed by a regional team. Preferred conditions, a procurement restriction or an unresolved service promise can affect the response. A room or meeting space being available does not itself settle who may approve a variation for that account.

Delphi already supports event sales and catering operations. Pullman Eindhoven’s published case describes actual use, and Accor announced further expansion after existing deployment. HiveSilo would address the account obligation outside the configured event workflow, not recreate native availability, packages, follow-up or lost-business reporting.

An enterprise enquiry brief.

HiveSilo can help compare a permitted enquiry category and property context with an approved account-obligation reference. Explain why a procurement condition or service promise matters to this response.

Useful output: A clear account question for the event-sales owner.

A regional-to-property decision.

HiveSilo can help route a genuine variation to the account authority instead of assuming the local team may extend every group concession. Keep eligibility, commercial approval and event availability separate.

Useful output: An approved answer with its property scope visible.

A useful account-learning loop.

HiveSilo can help review completed exceptions to identify agreements that create repeated confusion. Improve the enterprise’s own account guidance, without treating Delphi’s native lost-business reporting as absent. [DELPHI1]

Useful output: Evidence for clearer agreements and better future offers.

The preferred property has space. The concession needs approval.

Illustrative scenario: an enterprise event planner requests a concession under a regional agreement. The property can accommodate the event, but the agreement’s scope and authorized variation need confirmation from the account team.

Start with Amadeus Delphi

Delphi remains the source for its event-sales process and configured native automation. HiveSilo would supply separately governed account context and an approved commercial answer.

Bring the relevant context together

  • A customer-side matched account reference and limited event category.
  • The current agreement condition, property scope and requested variation.
  • The local event-sales owner and regional approval role.

Make the decision

Confirm eligibility and approve or decline the variation before the proposal includes it.

A useful output

An account-context brief and an authorized concession decision.

Keep responsibility clear

The regional account authority decides the variation; the property event-sales owner issues the response.

Hold and ask

Pause if property coverage, agreement version, data rights or approval authority is unclear.

Record the outcome

Retain the applicable condition, evidence times, approver, property scope and final response. [DELPHI1] [DELPHI3] [DELPHI4]

Require control before AI acts.

A valuable account still needs a defined decision owner.

  1. Request

    An AI proposes an action

  2. Check

    Policy and authority

  3. Approve

    Named owner, when required

  4. Act

    Within permitted scope

  5. Record

Keep the action, outcome and accountable owner traceable.

Unclear authority? Hold the action.Resolve with the named, authorized owner before proceeding.

Controls apply to actions routed through the configured HiveSilo boundary.

Read the governance and escalation requirements

Make accountable authorization a condition of putting AI to work. HiveSilo describes an operating layer that combines buyer intelligence, customer-data privacy and governance. Your deployment should establish the responsible owner and permitted scope before an agent can change records, contact buyers or trigger campaigns.

HiveSilo documents policy checks before execution, default denial when authorization is unclear, human checkpoints, scoped stop controls and decision receipts. These controls apply to actions routed through its policy boundary. Keep decisions, required approvals and held actions traceable as the workflow progresses, then record the action, outcome and accountable owner. [HS6][HS7]

Who
Identify the acting agent or person and name the business owner accountable for this workflow.
What
Define the action and permitted data categories before execution.
Where
Specify the approved system, destination and customer custody boundary.
How
Require an approved execution path, access scope and applicable policy checks.
When
Set the permitted conditions and approval validity; recheck authority before a held action resumes.
Why
Record the business purpose and the basis for allowing, denying or holding the action.

An edge case should stop the affected action.

For the deployment, require unresolved authority, an unapproved destination or an out-of-policy action to remain on hold. A timeout or unanswered approval request must not become permission to proceed.

Who gets the question?

Agree a named owner and authorized delegate for each workflow. A proposed responsibility model is: sales for buyer outreach and lead handling; marketing for campaign spend and audiences; security or privacy for data-access exceptions; the platform owner for connector or runtime changes. Test the escalation route. If no authorized reviewer is available, keep the action held.

Do not change rates, release space or create a binding concession merely because an enquiry scores well. Confirm the account agreement and authorized property scope, then route exceptions to the designated commercial authority. A recommendation may prepare the question; it does not grant approval.

Named-owner routing is configured and demonstrated for each deployment. Governance covers actions routed through its configured boundary; external systems remain responsible for actions outside that scope.

How your data stays under your control

HiveSilo's published architecture keeps customer identities and re-identifiable data inside the customer's enclave. HiveSilo receives permitted non-PII signals and scores. Validate that boundary for the exact workflow before connecting a new source. [HS4]

Protected processing

The architecture describes confidential computing and trusted execution environments. Request deployment-specific attestation and data-flow evidence for your CISO's review. [HS3]

Scoped destinations and actions

Agree which systems receive outputs and what actions are authorized. Keep identity handling within the documented customer boundary. [HS2][HS4]

Control through the full relationship

Review permitted use, export, retention, deletion and offboarding terms. Customer-controlled keys are one control; they do not establish every contractual exit right. [HS3][HS4]

Match the enquiry customer-side and share only approved non-PII condition signals. Names, guest lists, private event details and unrestricted account notes remain in their authorized environment. Event dates and a distinctive gathering can still identify a client, so minimize the combined detail and restrict recipients.

Customer identity custody is separate from HiveSilo account, billing and support records. Re-identifiable pseudonymous data is not anonymous.

Amadeus Delphi connection & briefing scope

Agree the Delphi version and the contractual access route.

The developer catalogue includes Booking Analysis and Delphi.FDC Data File Exchange. Confirm which applies to the customer’s product and version. October 2026 terms require Amadeus certification for integrations accessing Delphi custom objects; third-party users also require written approval and applicable licensing. A Salesforce license alone does not remove those conditions.

Define the minimal data and proposed destination with Amadeus and the customer. Respect the platform-edition restrictions and property scope. Access to a connected database must not bypass these requirements, and any proposed update needs separate supported permissions.

A useful fit when

For luxury hotel groups with substantial enterprise event relationships.

  • Regional agreements affect offers prepared by individual properties.
  • Account approval conditions remain outside the configured Delphi process.
  • Commercial owners can approve a limited and permitted evidence exchange.

Consider the fit

  • Use native Delphi configuration where it already resolves the account question.
  • A property with straightforward local agreements may not need an extra intelligence layer.

In your enquiry, name Amadeus Delphi and the business decision. Please leave out client records, credentials and sensitive samples.

Eight questions before your briefing
  1. 1.What does Delphi already provide?

Delphi supports sales and catering work, including packages, event information and reporting. The Pullman Eindhoven case describes native follow-up and lost-business insight. HiveSilo would address a separate enterprise agreement question rather than duplicating those capabilities. [DELPHI1]

  2. 2.What proves real use in luxury hospitality?

Amadeus publishes an operating case for Pullman Eindhoven Cocagne. Its May 2025 Accor announcement confirms existing Delphi use and further premium-brand expansion plans. A planned rollout is not evidence that every named property has completed deployment. [DELPHI1] [DELPHI2]

  3. 3.Is Salesforce access sufficient to connect Delphi?

No. The current Delphi terms distinguish third-party user approval and licensing from certification for custom-object integrations. Confirm the exact arrangement with Amadeus. Technical access to a shared Salesforce organization does not by itself authorize the proposed use. [DELPHI4]

  4. 4.Can one hotel use every group property’s records?

Do not assume so. Confirm the ownership or management boundary, the relevant agreement scope and who may see the account evidence. A group-level relationship does not automatically make all event or guest information available to every property.

  5. 5.Does Amadeus already have hospitality AI?

Yes. Amadeus describes AI across its hospitality portfolio. Its announcement includes product-specific capabilities and planned extensions, so neither universal Delphi AI availability nor an absence of native AI should be inferred. Review the customer’s actual enabled version first. [DELPHI5]

  6. 6.Would a strong enquiry score approve a concession?

No. A score can help prioritize attention but cannot establish agreement coverage, pricing authority or space availability. The authorized commercial owner decides the variation, and the property’s existing event process remains responsible for the actual offer.

  7. 7.How should improvement be evaluated?

Measure account exceptions resolved before proposals, time to an authorized answer and rework from incorrect concessions. Compare similar events and account types. Keep these workflow measures distinct from the vendor’s published customer outcomes and from broader hotel-demand changes.

  8. 8.What belongs in a private briefing?

Bring an anonymized example of a regional account condition affecting a property’s event offer. Identify where the agreement lives and who can approve a variation. Guest lists, private event documents, confidential agreements and access credentials should remain with the customer.
