eMoney Advisor. Keep the planning conversation moving.
A planning review can create promises for several people. HiveSilo can help connect permitted planning context with those commitments, so the right specialist knows what needs resolving and the advisor knows when the next conversation is ready.
Start with a conversation. No client records needed.

A useful scenario still needs someone to follow through.
Distinguish exploring an option from committing to an action.
What must be resolved before the advisor returns to the client?
A client asks how a change in their circumstances might affect the plan. The planner explores a scenario, the advisor agrees to return with a considered response, and another specialist must clarify a dependency. The firm needs to know whether it is reviewing an assumption, answering a question or authorizing the next step.
eMoney supplies planning, collaboration and native CoPlanner capabilities. MAI’s published case describes a real planning-to-CRM handoff; its current public portal corroborates eMoney use. HiveSilo can focus on permitted commitments around that process, preserving the distinction between a planning scenario and an accepted service instruction.
Connect the question to its next responsible owner.
Keep the plan, the promise and the approval in agreement.
Talk through your use case- Clarify what changed.
- Identify the approved planning question and whether its assumptions need review.
- Resolve the dependency.
- Ask the named specialist for the specific information needed to answer responsibly.
- Return with a considered response.
- Let the qualified advisor approve the explanation and its timing before client contact.

A planning-to-service brief.
Proposed: link a permitted planning-review signal with an agreed follow-up held in the firm’s service workflow. Explain the dependency without copying financial documents or treating a modeled option as a client instruction. [P365-V02] [P365-V03]
Useful output: An owner-assigned question with the agreed reason for review.
A visible difference between draft and decision.
Proposed: preserve the human-reviewed state of the question as it moves between planner, advisor and specialist. Ask for clarification when the service commitment appears to rely on an unaccepted assumption. [P365-V01]
Useful output: An exception showing which assumption or approval remains unresolved.
A controlled return to the relationship.
Proposed: carry the approved response status into the customer’s existing process, retaining the person responsible and the evidence reference. The advisor decides what explanation is appropriate for the client. [P365-V03]
Useful output: A clear next-conversation task and a recorded completion decision.
A changed circumstance. One coordinated response.
Illustrative workflow: a client requests a planning review after a change in their circumstances. A planner examines an option, while a separate service team must confirm an administrative dependency before the advisor responds.
Start with eMoney Advisor
eMoney remains the planning environment, with CoPlanner as a native aid. HiveSilo would coordinate only the additional customer-approved service commitment and its unresolved dependency.
Bring the relevant context together
- A permitted human-reviewed planning-question status, without the underlying financial documents.
- The customer-owned follow-up commitment, specialist responsibility and target response date.
- A clear distinction between a scenario under discussion and a decision the client has actually authorized.
Make the decision
Ask the specialist to resolve the dependency, then present the answer to the responsible advisor for review.
A useful output
A response-readiness brief that identifies what is confirmed and what still needs a decision.
Keep responsibility clear
The planning lead validates assumptions; the specialist answers their question; the advisor approves the client explanation.
Hold and ask
Hold any action or assurance if the assumption is unreviewed, authority is unclear or the client’s instruction is uncertain.
Record the outcome
Record the question version, reviewer, specialist response, approval and final service outcome. [P365-V01] [P365-V02] [P365-V03]

Read the governance and escalation requirements
Make accountable authorization a condition of putting AI to work. HiveSilo describes an operating layer that combines buyer intelligence, customer-data privacy and governance. Your deployment should establish the responsible owner and permitted scope before an agent can change records, contact buyers or trigger campaigns.
HiveSilo documents policy checks before execution, default denial when authorization is unclear, human checkpoints, scoped stop controls and decision receipts. These controls apply to actions routed through its policy boundary. Keep decisions, required approvals and held actions traceable as the workflow progresses, then record the action, outcome and accountable owner. [HS6][HS7]
- Who
- Identify the acting agent or person and name the business owner accountable for this workflow.
- What
- Define the action and permitted data categories before execution.
- Where
- Specify the approved system, destination and customer custody boundary.
- How
- Require an approved execution path, access scope and applicable policy checks.
- When
- Set the permitted conditions and approval validity; recheck authority before a held action resumes.
- Why
- Record the business purpose and the basis for allowing, denying or holding the action.
An edge case should stop the affected action.
For the deployment, require unresolved authority, an unapproved destination or an out-of-policy action to remain on hold. A timeout or unanswered approval request must not become permission to proceed.
Who gets the question?
Agree a named owner and authorized delegate for each workflow. A proposed responsibility model is: sales for buyer outreach and lead handling; marketing for campaign spend and audiences; security or privacy for data-access exceptions; the platform owner for connector or runtime changes. Test the escalation route. If no authorized reviewer is available, keep the action held.
An agent may organize the question and request a review. It must not treat a draft scenario as authorization to change an account, move funds or provide specialist advice. Keep the planning judgment, operational authority and client communication with the people assigned to each responsibility.
Named-owner routing is configured and demonstrated for each deployment. Governance covers actions routed through its configured boundary; external systems remain responsible for actions outside that scope.

Keep the client list, plan contents, uploaded documents and account details within the approved customer environment. Define the minimum non-PII signal HiveSilo may receive to coordinate the decision. Review whether even a scenario label or unusual combination of events could identify a household before sharing it beyond the permitted team.

Confirm today’s API route and tomorrow’s roadmap separately.
eMoney’s developer initiative describes API resources, authentication guidance and sandbox testing. Establish the customer’s approved API relationship, available resources and permitted outward use before mapping a workflow. Do not assume a native integration’s inbound direction also authorizes unrestricted access to planning outputs.
The October 2026 announcement describes an MCP framework and related tools as planned for 2027. Treat that as roadmap context, not the current connection route. Separate licensed reading of a permitted signal from writes, model processing rights and any later action; preserve customer and platform approvals throughout.
A useful fit when
Relevant when planning work crosses specialist and relationship teams.
- Wealth enterprises with central planning teams and distributed relationship advisors.
- Firms managing recurring specialist dependencies around valuable client-service commitments.
- Organizations able to identify a material cross-system decision beyond existing eMoney capabilities.
Consider the fit
- CoPlanner, native collaboration and the firm’s existing integrations may already address the need.
- The additional operating layer should earn its place through recurring value, clear ownership and sufficient commercial margin.

Eight questions before your briefing
1.Does eMoney already provide AI-assisted planning?
Yes. Its October 2026 roadmap says CoPlanner launched earlier in the year and describes native planning and presentation capabilities. HiveSilo should address a separately identified service decision around that work, rather than claim that eMoney lacks AI or generate a competing financial plan. [P365-V01]
2.Can the announced eMoney MCP be used today?
The cited October 2026 announcement places the MCP framework and related developer tools in its 2027 plans. Confirm any later release directly before relying on it. The proposed current discussion should begin with the customer’s authorized API resources and actual product entitlements. [P365-V01] [P365-V02]
3.What does the MAI case show?
The 2019 case documents a real firmwide planning deployment and coordination with the CRM. MAI’s current public client page still identifies eMoney. Together they support actual product use, while neither proves that every current office uses all historical modules or establishes customer annual revenue. [P365-V03] [P365-V04]
4.How is a planning option different from a client instruction?
A scenario explores assumptions and possible outcomes. A client instruction is an authorized decision with its own scope and responsibilities. The workflow should retain that distinction explicitly so an automated service task cannot turn an unaccepted possibility into an operational action.
5.Who would approve a specialist-dependent response?
Name the person qualified to confirm the planning assumption, the specialist who owns the outstanding fact and the advisor responsible for the explanation. A task can request their decisions. If one role is unclear, hold the dependent action and escalate to the firm’s designated owner.
6.Would HiveSilo need our plans and uploaded documents?
Begin with the minimum permitted decision status and customer-side references. Keep identities, financial plans and source documents in the approved environment. If the required signal cannot be separated safely from a sensitive financial story, redesign the boundary before enabling that use.
7.What should an evaluation measure?
Use a defined set of follow-up commitments and track unresolved specialist questions, response readiness, reopened requests and completion with a clear approval. These are service measures, not investment returns or tax outcomes. Retain the starting assumptions so a process change does not distort the comparison.
8.What should our team prepare for the briefing?
Describe one planning question that repeatedly requires another team’s confirmation. Identify the service system, planning lead and person who approves the client response. A process sketch and anonymized field categories are enough initially; keep financial records and credentials within your organization.
