View scope

Leon Software integration. Keep the account promise current.

A quote can change while a wider customer agreement still reflects an earlier promise. HiveSilo can help organize permitted Leon commercial context with the account team’s separate evidence, so the right person reviews the difference before contacting the client.

The quote changed.

Your client list stays yours.

A revised quote can leave an old promise behind.

Give sales and account service the same question to resolve.

What should the customer be told about this change?

A charter-sales team revises a quote or booking. Separately, the account team holds an accepted service arrangement or a recent case resolution. Each record may be current in its own system, yet the customer could receive an explanation that overlooks the wider commitment.

Leon already supports sales, quotation methods, messages and commercial checklists. Its operator testimonials describe actual use at substantial aviation businesses. HiveSilo can help review a specific discrepancy across authorized account sources, rather than another booking platform or an assertion that Leon lacks AI.

An account discrepancy brief.

HiveSilo can help compare permitted quotation-status signals with a customer-controlled account commitment summary. Explain the difference without copying passenger documents or operational records. [LEON2] [LEON3]

Useful output: A focused review for the charter-sales and account-service owners.

A current response condition.

HiveSilo can help identify which agreement interpretation or service confirmation is missing. A superseded quote should not support a fresh promise simply because it is easy to retrieve.

Useful output: A hold tied to the exact unresolved commercial question.

A recorded account resolution.

HiveSilo can help return the accepted explanation to the authorized account workflow. Preserve the approving roles and source versions so the next team can understand why the response changed.

Useful output: An accountable review outcome and controlled follow-up task.

A quotation changes after an account arrangement.

Illustrative scenario: a returning customer receives a revised quotation while a separate account agreement records an earlier commercial promise. The sales team needs the account owner’s interpretation before replying.

Start with Leon Software

Leon Sales retains quotations and communications. Wingman and Leon MCP already support AI access; the additional scope is a distinct account-source discrepancy that the configured native workflow has not resolved.

Bring the relevant context together

  • A permitted quote reference, version and commercial change category.
  • An approved summary of the account commitment and service-case status.
  • The sales owner, account reviewer and contact permission.

Read the governance and escalation requirements

Make accountable authorization a condition of putting AI to work. HiveSilo describes an operating layer that combines buyer intelligence, customer-data privacy and governance. Your deployment should establish the responsible owner and permitted scope before an agent can change records, contact buyers or trigger campaigns.

HiveSilo documents policy checks before execution, default denial when authorization is unclear, human checkpoints, scoped stop controls and decision receipts. These controls apply to actions routed through its policy boundary. Keep decisions, required approvals and held actions traceable as the workflow progresses, then record the action, outcome and accountable owner. [HS6][HS7]

Who
Identify the acting agent or person and name the business owner accountable for this workflow.
What
Define the action and permitted data categories before execution.
Where
Specify the approved system, destination and customer custody boundary.
How
Require an approved execution path, access scope and applicable policy checks.
When
Set the permitted conditions and approval validity; recheck authority before a held action resumes.
Why
Record the business purpose and the basis for allowing, denying or holding the action.

An edge case should stop the affected action.

For the deployment, require unresolved authority, an unapproved destination or an out-of-policy action to remain on hold. A timeout or unanswered approval request must not become permission to proceed.

Who gets the question?

Agree a named owner and authorized delegate for each workflow. A proposed responsibility model is: sales for buyer outreach and lead handling; marketing for campaign spend and audiences; security or privacy for data-access exceptions; the platform owner for connector or runtime changes. Test the escalation route. If no authorized reviewer is available, keep the action held.

An agent can prepare a review draft or an expressly permitted task. Dispatch, crew legality, maintenance and flight safety remain in authorized operational workflows. Sales must verify facts and contact authority before a customer message or booking change.

Named-owner routing is configured and demonstrated for each deployment. Governance covers actions routed through its configured boundary; external systems remain responsible for actions outside that scope.

How your data stays under your control

HiveSilo's published architecture keeps customer identities and re-identifiable data inside the customer's enclave. HiveSilo receives permitted non-PII signals and scores. Validate that boundary for the exact workflow before connecting a new source. [HS4]

Protected processing

The architecture describes confidential computing and trusted execution environments. Request deployment-specific attestation and data-flow evidence for your CISO's review. [HS3]

Scoped destinations and actions

Agree which systems receive outputs and what actions are authorized. Keep identity handling within the documented customer boundary. [HS2][HS4]

Control through the full relationship

Review permitted use, export, retention, deletion and offboarding terms. Customer-controlled keys are one control; they do not establish every contractual exit right. [HS3][HS4]

Use only approved non-PII commercial signals. Passenger documents, manifests, account details and raw itineraries remain within the customer’s controlled environment. Even a flight reference or unusual timing can identify a client, so review the permitted combination before release.

Customer identity custody is separate from HiveSilo account, billing and support records. Re-identifiable pseudonymous data is not anonymous.

Leon Software connection & briefing scope

Follow Leon’s commercial third-party process.

Leon’s published lifecycle requires provider registration, at least two existing shared customers, OAuth Authorization Code Grant, sandbox development and production sign-off. Static operator keys are not a substitute for that process. Confirm eligibility before planning a commercial deployment.

The standard terms restrict brokerage and availability aggregation; marketplace, supplier and availability uses require separate agreements. Leon MCP remains subject to the same licence and supervision rules. Its private operator setup is not permission for a commercial third-party product. No customer or availability data is used to bypass those boundaries.

[LEON3] [LEON4]

A useful fit when

For operators with consequential account promises outside the quotation workflow.

  • Charter businesses coordinating sales and enterprise account service.
  • Teams with a defined owner of external commercial agreements.
  • Organizations able to satisfy the vendor’s third-party access requirements.

Consider the fit

  • Use Leon Sales, Wingman or MCP when they already solve the need.
  • This proposal is not a charter marketplace or availability-aggregation service.

In your enquiry, name Leon Software and the business decision. Please leave out client records, credentials and sensitive samples.

Eight questions before your briefing
  1. 1.Does Leon already offer AI access?

Yes. Wingman is built into Leon, and Leon MCP connects external assistants under user permissions. The proposed account-review scope does not introduce that capability. First establish whether the native setup already covers the relevant agreement and response. [LEON4]

  2. 2.What proves substantial operator use?

Leon publishes operating testimony from businesses including Luxaviation, Global Jet, Jet Aviation and TAG Aviation. This supports real use rather than a logo assumption. It does not verify a specific current deployment or customer annual revenue. [LEON1]

  3. 3.Can a normal operator API key enable a commercial integration?

Leon’s third-party lifecycle requires OAuth for a provider offering software to operators. It also requires existing shared customers, sandbox development and sign-off. An operator key is not a substitute for those commercial-provider requirements. [LEON3]

  4. 4.Does this create a charter marketplace?

No. The illustrated scope reviews an operator’s own account commitment. Leon’s standard terms restrict intermediary and availability-aggregation uses, with separate agreements for specified categories. Any proposed purpose must be assessed against the applicable licence. [LEON3]

  5. 5.Can an agent send the revised quote directly?

Only a separately authorized and supported action could do that. Start with a review draft. Sales verifies the current quotation, account interpretation and contact permission before any communication or booking alteration.

  6. 6.Would HiveSilo decide if the flight can operate?

No. Commercial review does not determine dispatch, crew duty, airworthiness or operational safety. Those decisions remain with the qualified teams and their established systems, regardless of a score or sales opportunity.

  7. 7.How would success be assessed?

Measure contradictory promises resolved before contact, time to obtain an account interpretation and responses reopened because an old quote was used. Distinguish these commercial-service measures from operational performance and general charter demand.

  8. 8.What belongs in a first discussion?

Bring one recurring quotation-change question, the agreement owner and the current Leon setup. Describe the relevant data categories and partner readiness. Keep passenger records, private schedules, API credentials and client documents out of the enquiry.
