Practifi Naya + HiveSilo

View scope

Practifi integration. See which acquired-team commitments are ready.

Bringing a new advisory team into the firm is more than moving records. Connect permitted Practifi context with transition evidence so the integration leader can see which service commitments have a clear owner and which still need a decision.

Start with a conversation. No client records needed.

Illustrative private professional office setting for the proposed Practifi Naya integration workflow

Carry the commitment.
Resolve the transition.

Your client list stays yours.

A migrated relationship can still have an unresolved service promise.

Give the transition team a view beyond migration completion.

Has the operating commitment moved as clearly as the record?

An acquired team may bring a different service calendar, specialist arrangement or internal approval practice. A technically successful migration does not settle which promises the receiving team has accepted. Those differences can become visible only when the next client interaction is due.

Practifi’s existing configurable CRM is now called Naya; Sentir is its distinct AI-native product. Bartlett Wealth Management’s published case documents actual Practifi implementation and multi-office operations. HiveSilo can examine a narrower transition question using authorized evidence outside the CRM’s existing workflow.

Turn transition evidence into a specific readiness decision.

Support the integration leader without duplicating the CRM.

Talk through your use case
Identify the commitment that matters.
Use a customer-approved service inventory to distinguish a contractual obligation from an informal practice. A note carried from an old system should not silently become a new promise.
Ask the receiving owner to accept it.
Show where an incoming commitment lacks a confirmed team, procedure or capacity assumption. The integration manager can seek acceptance, revise the transition plan or retain an explicit exception.
Close the loop on the transition.
Record the decision and check that the approved operating arrangement is reflected in the appropriate workflow. A migration milestone and a service-readiness decision should remain separately visible.

Evidence beyond record counts

Compare the transition inventory with the permitted CRM categories and the receiving team’s operating rules. Surface disagreement instead of treating a copied field as proof that a commitment is understood. [PRA2]

Useful output: A concise transition discrepancy list.

Ownership with context

Attach the reason a commitment needs review to the relevant integration role. Respect the firm’s division of responsibility between relationship managers, operations and specialists. [PRA1]

Useful output: A named acceptance question.

A reusable decision record

Retain the approved exception and its intended duration. Future teams can understand why a service differs without relying on recollection or reopening confidential client documents. [PRA3]

Useful output: An accountable transition record.

A specialist service crosses into a new team.

In an illustrative acquisition, an incoming advisory group has a quarterly specialist coordination practice. The receiving organization uses a different service model and has not confirmed responsibility for that practice.

Start with Practifi Naya

Practifi continues to manage relationship records, processes and configured permissions. Sentir’s native agents and MCP must be considered if that is the customer’s product.

Bring the relevant context together

  • A permitted transition-category reference from the customer’s Practifi environment.
  • The approved incoming service inventory and its interpretation by the transition team.
  • Receiving-team responsibility and capacity confirmation.

Make the decision

The integration leader requests explicit acceptance or an approved alternative before marking that commitment operationally ready.

A useful output

A readiness exception that distinguishes record migration from service acceptance.

Keep responsibility clear

The acquisition integration lead owns the transition decision with the receiving service manager.

Hold and ask

Keep the commitment unresolved when the original obligation or accepting authority is unclear.

Record the outcome

Record the approved interpretation, receiving owner, effective date and any temporary exception. [PRA1] [PRA2] [PRA3]

Require control before AI acts.

Readiness is a management decision, not an inferred state.

  3. Approve

  4. Act

    Within permitted scope

  5. Record

Keep the action, outcome and accountable owner traceable.

Controls apply to actions routed through the configured HiveSilo boundary.

Read the governance and escalation requirements

Make accountable authorization a condition of putting AI to work. HiveSilo describes an operating layer that combines buyer intelligence, customer-data privacy and governance. Your deployment should establish the responsible owner and permitted scope before an agent can change records, contact buyers or trigger campaigns.

HiveSilo documents policy checks before execution, default denial when authorization is unclear, human checkpoints, scoped stop controls and decision receipts. These controls apply to actions routed through its policy boundary. Keep decisions, required approvals and held actions traceable as the workflow progresses, then record the action, outcome and accountable owner. [HS6][HS7]

Who
Identify the acting agent or person and name the business owner accountable for this workflow.
What
Define the action and permitted data categories before execution.
Where
Specify the approved system, destination and customer custody boundary.
How
Require an approved execution path, access scope and applicable policy checks.
When
Set the permitted conditions and approval validity; recheck authority before a held action resumes.
Why
Record the business purpose and the basis for allowing, denying or holding the action.

An edge case should stop the affected action.

For the deployment, require unresolved authority, an unapproved destination or an out-of-policy action to remain on hold. A timeout or unanswered approval request must not become permission to proceed.

Who gets the question?

Agree a named owner and authorized delegate for each workflow. A proposed responsibility model is: sales for buyer outreach and lead handling; marketing for campaign spend and audiences; security or privacy for data-access exceptions; the platform owner for connector or runtime changes. Test the escalation route. If no authorized reviewer is available, keep the action held.

A system can identify a missing acceptance reference. It cannot decide that a household has agreed to a changed service or that a specialist obligation no longer applies. Those questions need the firm’s authorized review and communication procedures.

Named-owner routing is configured and demonstrated for each deployment. Governance covers actions routed through its configured boundary; external systems remain responsible for actions outside that scope.

Your client list stays yours.

Transfer operating context with the same care as the relationship.

Explore the security architecture

Your client records stay with your business under HiveSilo’s published architecture.

How your data stays under your control

HiveSilo's published architecture keeps customer identities and re-identifiable data inside the customer's enclave. HiveSilo receives permitted non-PII signals and scores. Validate that boundary for the exact workflow before connecting a new source. [HS4]

Customer-controlled keys

Documented BYOK options cover AWS, Azure and GCP. Review key ownership, revocation and the deployment's access policy with your security team. [HS3]

Protected processing

The architecture describes confidential computing and trusted execution environments. Request deployment-specific attestation and data-flow evidence for your CISO's review. [HS3]

Scoped destinations and actions

Agree which systems receive outputs and what actions are authorized. Keep identity handling within the documented customer boundary. [HS2][HS4]

Control through the full relationship

Review permitted use, export, retention, deletion and offboarding terms. Customer-controlled keys are one control; they do not establish every contractual exit right. [HS3][HS4]

Prefer service categories, permissioned references and acceptance states over copied meeting notes or household details. Keep identity mapping and sensitive originals under customer control. Acquired-team access should be deliberately reviewed; shared employment or a common CRM does not make every person an authorized recipient.

Customer identity custody is separate from HiveSilo account, billing and support records. Re-identifiable pseudonymous data is not anonymous.

Practifi Naya connection & briefing scope

Confirm the Practifi product before designing access.

Practifi documents Salesforce REST, Bulk and Pub/Sub interfaces. Validate the customer’s org, licensed access, object semantics and field permissions. Start with a read-only scope that can answer the transition question without lifting the whole relationship database.

Do not assume Naya includes Sentir MCP. The vendor limits that MCP offering to Sentir and describes its existing governance and confirmation controls. A connection design must preserve those boundaries and show why the proposed external operating evidence adds value.

A useful fit when

Useful when acquisition or team integration creates material operating complexity.

  • Wealth enterprises integrating advisory teams with different service practices.
  • Transition leaders with approved service inventories and named receiving owners.
  • Organizations whose recurring handoff cost supports a dedicated intelligence layer.

Consider the fit

  • A straightforward team move with one clear service model may not need this additional review.
  • Resolve disputed obligations with qualified people before treating them as machine-readable rules.

In your enquiry, name Practifi Naya and the business decision. Please leave out client records, credentials and sensitive samples.

Eight questions before your briefing
  1. 1.Is this a Practifi Naya or Sentir page?

The canonical page addresses the existing configurable CRM now named Naya. It acknowledges Sentir as a distinct product, rather than treating every Practifi customer as entitled to the same AI interfaces. [PRA3]

  2. 2.What does the Bartlett example establish?

The case describes actual implementation and use across a multi-office wealth firm. It supports the operating context, not a claim that Bartlett uses HiveSilo or has the acquisition scenario described here. [PRA1]

  3. 3.Does Practifi already manage workflows?

Yes. Existing workflows and relationship functions are the baseline. The example concerns interpreting and accepting service commitments during a transition, using additional evidence the customer authorizes. [PRA2] [PRA3]

  4. 4.Can Naya use Sentir MCP automatically?

No such entitlement is established. The current MCP page says it is available within Sentir. Confirm the actual product and contract before planning any MCP-based workflow. [PRA4]

  5. 5.Are Salesforce API permissions enough for every record?

No. The application scope, object meanings, field permissions and approved purpose all matter. A valid connection does not justify unrestricted processing of client files. [PRA2]

  6. 6.Could HiveSilo approve a changed client service?

The proposed output is an internal readiness question. The authorized transition and service leaders make the decision and follow the firm’s requirements for any affected client communication.

  7. 7.Why not mark every migrated record ready?

Migration verifies a technical milestone. Service readiness may also require an accepted obligation, a responsible team and adequate capacity. Treating those as separate checks makes the transition easier to explain.

  8. 8.What is a useful first briefing example?

Bring one service practice that differs between the incoming and receiving teams, its approved description and the current owner. A sanitized example is enough to define the question.
