Schedaero + HiveSilo

View scope

Schedaero. Check the account agreement before the booking promise.

A charter quote can be ready while a separate enterprise agreement sets conditions the sales team must confirm. HiveSilo can help bring permitted account-obligation signals beside Schedaero booking context, so the right commercial owner resolves the question before a promise goes out.

Start with a conversation. No client records needed.

A booking with context.
A promise within authority.

Your client list stays yours.

The booking and the account agreement answer different questions.

Check the obligation that sits outside the flight transaction.

Does this proposed commitment match the account’s agreed terms?

An enterprise account may have an agreed approval route or service obligation that is maintained separately from its next charter booking. A quote can accurately describe a flight without resolving whether a particular person may accept a variation or whether a special promise has been authorized.

Schedaero already connects quoting, contracts, payments and flight operations, with native reporting. Its historical Air Charter Scotland case describes real quoting, invoicing and reporting use, while its current company page reports more than 350 operators. HiveSilo can help with a narrow external account-obligation check, not another booking engine.

A booking-obligation check.

HiveSilo can help combine an approved booking-stage signal with a customer-held account-policy reference. Show the specific mismatch, its effective date and the responsible commercial role without circulating passenger identities. [SCHED1] [SCHED3]

Useful output: One decision for the enterprise charter account manager.

A controlled variation request.

HiveSilo can help explain what needs approval and why. Keep an account-side commercial exception separate from operational feasibility, passenger vetting and crew authority.

Useful output: A bounded request for the authorized commercial approver.

An obligation completion trail.

HiveSilo can help record the answer and confirm the sales team used the current condition. Compare repeated exceptions to improve the enterprise’s own agreement maintenance.

Useful output: A traceable account decision rather than a silent assumption.

The flight quote is ready. The account variation needs a decision.

Illustrative scenario: an enterprise client requests a service commitment outside the approval conditions recorded in its separately governed agreement. The sales team can prepare a Schedaero quote, but the account owner must resolve the variation first.

Start with Schedaero

Schedaero continues its booking, payments, reporting and operational processes. Enabled native functions should be checked first; this example adds only the external agreement decision.

Bring the relevant context together

  • A permitted booking-stage reference and requested commitment category.
  • The customer-held agreement version and relevant approval condition.
  • The authorized account owner and permitted response deadline.

Make the decision

Seek approval for the specific variation before confirming that service promise.

A useful output

A commercial exception brief with an approved answer or a clear hold.

Keep responsibility clear

The enterprise account manager prepares the review; the designated contract authority decides.

Hold and ask

Stop if the agreement version is uncertain, the approver is unauthorized or operational confirmation is still required.

Record the outcome

Retain the condition reference, evidence time, decision, approver and actual response. [SCHED1] [SCHED3] [SCHED4]

Require control before AI acts.

  5. Record

Keep the action, outcome and accountable owner traceable.

Read the governance and escalation requirements

Make accountable authorization a condition of putting AI to work. HiveSilo describes an operating layer that combines buyer intelligence, customer-data privacy and governance. Your deployment should establish the responsible owner and permitted scope before an agent can change records, contact buyers or trigger campaigns.

HiveSilo documents policy checks before execution, default denial when authorization is unclear, human checkpoints, scoped stop controls and decision receipts. These controls apply to actions routed through its policy boundary. Keep decisions, required approvals and held actions traceable as the workflow progresses, then record the action, outcome and accountable owner. [HS6][HS7]

Who
Identify the acting agent or person and name the business owner accountable for this workflow.
What
Define the action and permitted data categories before execution.
Where
Specify the approved system, destination and customer custody boundary.
How
Require an approved execution path, access scope and applicable policy checks.
When
Set the permitted conditions and approval validity; recheck authority before a held action resumes.
Why
Record the business purpose and the basis for allowing, denying or holding the action.

An edge case should stop the affected action.

For the deployment, require unresolved authority, an unapproved destination or an out-of-policy action to remain on hold. A timeout or unanswered approval request must not become permission to proceed.

Who gets the question?

Agree a named owner and authorized delegate for each workflow. A proposed responsibility model is: sales for buyer outreach and lead handling; marketing for campaign spend and audiences; security or privacy for data-access exceptions; the platform owner for connector or runtime changes. Test the escalation route. If no authorized reviewer is available, keep the action held.

An accepted service variation does not establish aircraft availability, crew legality or passenger clearance. Those decisions remain with the operator’s authorized teams and systems. Route ambiguity to the relevant owner and record the answer before sales communicates a binding commitment.

Named-owner routing is configured and demonstrated for each deployment. Governance covers actions routed through its configured boundary; external systems remain responsible for actions outside that scope.

How your data stays under your control

HiveSilo's published architecture keeps customer identities and re-identifiable data inside the customer's enclave. HiveSilo receives permitted non-PII signals and scores. Validate that boundary for the exact workflow before connecting a new source. [HS4]

The architecture describes confidential computing and trusted execution environments. Request deployment-specific attestation and data-flow evidence for your CISO's review. [HS3]

Scoped destinations and actions

Agree which systems receive outputs and what actions are authorized. Keep identity handling within the documented customer boundary. [HS2][HS4]

Control through the full relationship

Review permitted use, export, retention, deletion and offboarding terms. Customer-controlled keys are one control; they do not establish every contractual exit right. [HS3][HS4]

Resolve account and booking matches inside the customer environment. HiveSilo receives only permitted non-PII condition and status signals. An itinerary, company reference or rare service request can still identify a person when combined; limit that detail and retain the sensitive agreement locally.

Customer identity custody is separate from HiveSilo account, billing and support records. Re-identifiable pseudonymous data is not anonymous.

Schedaero connection & briefing scope

Agree the application, company and data purpose together.

Schedaero supports API connections through its team. Avinode Group’s API guidance requires approval of the application and its use case, including data storage and sharing. Separate company connections and development credentials must not be treated as interchangeable production access.

Confirm only the booking resources needed for this condition check. Do not systematically harvest marketplace data or republish records. The January 2026 maintenance-sync note also makes Schedaero authoritative for aircraft totals in that flow; this commercial proposal must not reverse that direction or edit maintenance values.

[SCHED3] [SCHED4] [SCHED6]

A useful fit when

For operators with material enterprise agreements beyond individual bookings.

  • Separate agreements contain approval conditions not resolved by the configured booking flow.
  • A sales team regularly needs an authorized interpretation before confirming a variation.
  • Customer and vendor permissions permit the required narrow evidence exchange.

Consider the fit

  • Keep the work native if Schedaero already represents and enforces the condition.
  • Simple transactional bookings may not justify an additional account-intelligence process.

In your enquiry, name Schedaero and the business decision. Please leave out client records, credentials and sensitive samples.

Eight questions before your briefing
  1. 1.What does Schedaero already handle?

Its native workflow covers charter quotes, contracts, payments and flight operations, with reporting. Those capabilities remain the starting point. The proposed addition is the approval condition in an enterprise agreement maintained outside the configured booking workflow. [SCHED1]

  2. 2.What proves substantial operator use?

The current vendor description reports more than 350 Part 135 and Part 91 operators. A named April 2021 Air Charter Scotland case documents use for quoting, invoicing and reporting. That case is historical; it does not verify the operator’s current contract or revenue. [SCHED2] [SCHED5]

  3. 3.Is Schedaero another name for Avinode or Paynode?

No. They are related products with different responsibilities. This page covers the operator booking and account-obligation decision. Aircraft sourcing and payments retain their own product roles; shared ownership is not a reason to duplicate the same page under several names.

  4. 4.Does an API key authorize every purpose?

No. The approved application, company scope and permitted handling of returned data matter. Confirm storage and sharing with the vendor before implementation. Development access does not by itself authorize a production workflow or a different company’s records. [SCHED3] [SCHED4]

  5. 5.Would HiveSilo approve a flight or clear a passenger?

No. The example concerns a commercial agreement variation. Dispatch, crew compliance, maintenance and required passenger processes remain with the operator. A commercial answer must not be interpreted as operational permission to conduct the flight.

  6. 6.Could this change aircraft totals?

That is outside the proposed scope. Current guidance says Schedaero sends authoritative aircraft totals to the maintenance system in its updated sync flow. Keep commercial evidence processing separate from those operational values and their established direction. [SCHED6]

  7. 7.What would the account team measure?

Measure agreement exceptions found before commitment, time to an authorized answer and rework avoided after a conflicting promise. Compare similar bookings. Do not attribute changes in market demand or flight availability to this account-review process.

  8. 8.What makes a useful first conversation?

Bring a sanitized example of an enterprise agreement condition, the corresponding booking stage and the person allowed to interpret it. Explain where the current process breaks down. Keep passenger records, confidential clauses and credentials in your environment.
