Tekion integrations. Keep one promise across the dealer group.
A customer can buy at one store and need help at another. When the stores use different systems, the group needs a clear account of what was promised and who owns the next step. HiveSilo can organize permitted commitment signals around Tekion while customer identities stay under dealer control.
Start with a conversation. No client records needed.

A group name does not make every handoff clear.
Resolve conflicting commitments before another team contacts the customer.
Which promise is current, and who will resolve it?
An ARC store has a delivery or service commitment while another store in the group records a different next step in a separate system. Each team may be working from accurate local information. The customer still experiences one relationship, and a second call based on an old promise can create confusion.
Tekion already connects retail operations and supplies native AI and analytics. Banister’s September 2026 case describes actual ARC use across a previously fragmented stack. HiveSilo can help reconcile the remaining boundary between authorized stores and systems, not a claim that ARC itself lacks a unified customer view.
Give the next team the right context.
A cross-store review should produce a clear owner, not another queue of guesses.
Talk through your use case- Identify the current promise.
- Compare authorized commitment categories, dates and completion status.
- Resolve the difference.
- Ask the managers responsible for the conflicting records to confirm the next step.
- Approve the handoff.
- Let the group owner authorize the task and the receiving store accept it.

Useful output: One focused question for the group customer-experience manager.
A current reason to contact.
HiveSilo can help check whether the original promise was fulfilled, changed or superseded before recommending another interaction. The local team confirms the facts and communication permission.
Useful output: A reviewed next step tied to the latest evidence.
A complete handoff record.
HiveSilo can help retain the accepted owner and resolution status, then examine which handoffs repeatedly fail. Keep the retail systems as the sources for their own records.
Useful output: An accountable task with a reason and completion confirmation.
A delivery promise crosses two stores.
Illustrative scenario: one store sells a vehicle, while another authorized store arranges an agreed service. The customer’s expected date and the receiving store’s recorded next step no longer match.
Start with Tekion Automotive Retail Cloud
ARC and its enabled T1 and operational workflows remain in use. The example adds only a permitted cross-system commitment review where the existing configuration does not already resolve it.
Bring the relevant context together
- Dealer-side resolved reference and limited commitment category.
- The promised date, latest status and observation time from each store.
- The responsible managers and current contact-permission signal.
Make the decision
Confirm the current promise and assign one accepted resolution owner before further outreach.

Read the governance and escalation requirements
Make accountable authorization a condition of putting AI to work. HiveSilo describes an operating layer that combines buyer intelligence, customer-data privacy and governance. Your deployment should establish the responsible owner and permitted scope before an agent can change records, contact buyers or trigger campaigns.
HiveSilo documents policy checks before execution, default denial when authorization is unclear, human checkpoints, scoped stop controls and decision receipts. These controls apply to actions routed through its policy boundary. Keep decisions, required approvals and held actions traceable as the workflow progresses, then record the action, outcome and accountable owner. [HS6][HS7]
- Who
- Identify the acting agent or person and name the business owner accountable for this workflow.
- What
- Define the action and permitted data categories before execution.
- Where
- Specify the approved system, destination and customer custody boundary.
- How
- Require an approved execution path, access scope and applicable policy checks.
- When
- Set the permitted conditions and approval validity; recheck authority before a held action resumes.
- Why
- Record the business purpose and the basis for allowing, denying or holding the action.
An edge case should stop the affected action.
For the deployment, require unresolved authority, an unapproved destination or an out-of-policy action to remain on hold. A timeout or unanswered approval request must not become permission to proceed.
Who gets the question?
Agree a named owner and authorized delegate for each workflow. A proposed responsibility model is: sales for buyer outreach and lead handling; marketing for campaign spend and audiences; security or privacy for data-access exceptions; the platform owner for connector or runtime changes. Test the escalation route. If no authorized reviewer is available, keep the action held.
A recommendation must not change a deal, service order or customer preference by default. Confirm each store’s permission and the named recipient of a task. If a dispute changes who may respond, hold the proposed contact and ask the designated manager.
Named-owner routing is configured and demonstrated for each deployment. Governance covers actions routed through its configured boundary; external systems remain responsible for actions outside that scope.

How your data stays under your control
HiveSilo's published architecture keeps customer identities and re-identifiable data inside the customer's enclave. HiveSilo receives permitted non-PII signals and scores. Validate that boundary for the exact workflow before connecting a new source. [HS4]

Scoped destinations and actions

Control through the full relationship
Review permitted use, export, retention, deletion and offboarding terms. Customer-controlled keys are one control; they do not establish every contractual exit right. [HS3][HS4]
Resolve names, contact details and vehicle ownership locally. HiveSilo should receive only approved non-PII commitment signals. Vehicle references and exact dates can still reveal an individual when combined, so limit detail and review linkability before releasing any data.
Customer identity custody is separate from HiveSilo account, billing and support records. Re-identifiable pseudonymous data is not anonymous.

Begin with the approved partner and dealer scope.
Automotive Partner Cloud documents APIs, webhooks and partner-program access. The customer and Tekion determine the available tier, resources and permissions. Confirm the exact resources and any supported task-write operation before connecting.
Agree the minimum read signals, update timing and permitted destination first. A dealer-side queue can be considered only within its own authorization. Recheck completion and contact permission before any action; a technically connected store is not automatically entitled to another store’s customer records.
A useful fit when
For dealer groups with a meaningful cross-system customer journey.
- Groups combining ARC stores with separately governed systems.
- Teams handling material delivery or service promises across stores.
- Organizations with managers authorized to resolve ownership and contact rules.
Consider the fit
- An all-ARC workflow may already answer the question natively.
- A single store with few handoffs may not justify another intelligence layer.

Eight questions before your briefing
1.Does Tekion already provide AI and unified operations?
Yes. ARC offers connected dealership operations, analytics and native AI. Start by reviewing the enabled configuration. HiveSilo’s proposed addition is a specific cross-store commitment problem involving a separately governed system, not a replacement for those native capabilities. [TEK1]
2.What proves real dealer use?
Tekion’s September 2026 Banister case describes actual transition to ARC and daily operations. Its reported performance results belong to that case. They are not HiveSilo results or proof of a particular customer annual-revenue band. [TEK3]
3.Can group ownership alone permit data sharing?
No. Confirm the legal entity, purpose and permissions for each store. A common trading brand does not automatically authorize pooling identities or sending messages. The proposed workflow holds ambiguous matches and unclear contact authority for human resolution.
4.What is Automotive Partner Cloud’s role?
APC is Tekion’s partner access program, including APIs and webhooks. Its scope depends on the partner arrangement and dealer authorization. Confirm the actual resources available before promising that a particular record can be read or changed. [TEK2]
5.Would this change a service order automatically?
The example prepares a commitment review and approved task. It does not authorize editing service orders, deal terms, prices or preferences. Any requested write must have its own supported route, owner and approval.
6.How are wrong customer matches handled?
Keep identity resolution customer-side and stop if the match is uncertain. A similar name or vehicle interest is not enough to merge relationships. The responsible dealer team must resolve the ambiguity before a task can produce contact.
7.How should the group measure value?
Compare unresolved handoffs, repeated contacts and time to accepted ownership for similar cases. Track whether customers receive the promised next step. Keep those service measures distinct from general market or sales-volume changes.
8.What should be brought to a briefing?
Describe one recurring cross-store promise, the systems involved and the people who own it. Explain the impact of a missed handoff. A sanitized process example is enough; keep customer records, transcripts and access credentials private.
