Bring TotalFBO account evidence into one clear conversation.
A valuable customer may deal with several locations, accounts and teams. Explore HiveSilo around TotalFBO to connect permitted service and billing evidence with the wider agreement, so the right people can resolve a commercial question together.
Start with a conversation. No client records needed.

Which part of the account story is missing?
The local service record, billing account and enterprise agreement may not line up on the first review.
Who should resolve a dispute that crosses locations?
A customer questions a service charge involving a local FBO and an enterprise agreement. Finance can see the invoice, the location knows what was delivered, and the group account director owns the relationship. They need a shared explanation before responding.
TotalFBO already provides accounting, customer information, reporting and front-counter workflows. HiveSilo’s proposed use connects approved evidence around those native records, with particular care for edition, source date and how an operator maps to the correct customer account.
Make the account response a joined-up decision.
Connect local facts with the enterprise promise and the person who can approve the answer.
Talk through your use case- Is this the right account?
- Confirm how the operator, local billing record and enterprise customer are related.
- What was actually agreed?
- Compare the relevant service and invoice evidence with the accepted contract.
- Who resolves the difference?
- Bring the location, controller and group account owner into one review.

Build an account timeline.
Proposed: relate permitted invoice and concierge reports to the external agreement and service case. [P248-S03]
Useful output: A clear sequence of the commercial facts.
Keep edition and timing visible.
Proposed: record which deployment and report period supplied the evidence, including scheduled imports. [P248-S04]
Useful output: A review that does not mistake a stale feed for a new dispute.
Coordinate the resolution.
Proposed: prepare the account briefing and assign the unresolved parts to local service and finance owners. [P248-S02]
Useful output: One reviewed response with the supporting decisions retained.
A local charge. An enterprise commitment.
Example: a group account disputes a service invoice while the local FBO and enterprise account team hold different parts of the agreement.
Start with TotalFBO
TotalFBO retains accounting and concierge records; the customer agreement and group account case remain in their authorized systems.
Bring the relevant context together
- Authorized TotalFBO customer, invoice and concierge reports from an identified edition and location.
- Contract clauses, enterprise CRM ownership and service-case evidence approved for the account team.
Make the decision
Does a commercial dispute require a coordinated review by the group account owner, local FBO and finance before the customer receives a response?
A useful output
A reconciled case timeline showing the matching basis between operator, billing account and enterprise customer. An exception list distinguishing invoice questions, disputed service delivery and missing contractual evidence.
Keep responsibility clear
Group commercial director with the local FBO manager and financial controller.
Hold and ask
Stop a proposed response if the source edition is unknown, report permissions cannot be reproduced, operator mapping conflicts, or a scheduled import is stale.
Record the outcome
Keep report name, export date, edition/version, location and account IDs, mapping decisions and approvals. Store source links and minimal excerpts rather than a parallel unrestricted customer database. [P248-S04] [P248-S03] [P248-S05] [P248-S06]

Read the governance and escalation requirements
Make accountable authorization a condition of putting AI to work. HiveSilo describes an operating layer that combines buyer intelligence, customer-data privacy and governance. Your deployment should establish the responsible owner and permitted scope before an agent can change records, contact buyers or trigger campaigns.
HiveSilo documents policy checks before execution, default denial when authorization is unclear, human checkpoints, scoped stop controls and decision receipts. These controls apply to actions routed through its policy boundary. Keep decisions, required approvals and held actions traceable as the workflow progresses, then record the action, outcome and accountable owner. [HS6][HS7]
- Who
- Identify the acting agent or person and name the business owner accountable for this workflow.
- What
- Define the action and permitted data categories before execution.
- Where
- Specify the approved system, destination and customer custody boundary.
- How
- Require an approved execution path, access scope and applicable policy checks.
- When
- Set the permitted conditions and approval validity; recheck authority before a held action resumes.
- Why
- Record the business purpose and the basis for allowing, denying or holding the action.
An edge case should stop the affected action.
For the deployment, require unresolved authority, an unapproved destination or an out-of-policy action to remain on hold. A timeout or unanswered approval request must not become permission to proceed.
Who gets the question?
Agree a named owner and authorized delegate for each workflow. A proposed responsibility model is: sales for buyer outreach and lead handling; marketing for campaign spend and audiences; security or privacy for data-access exceptions; the platform owner for connector or runtime changes. Test the escalation route. If no authorized reviewer is available, keep the action held.
Prepare a response briefing and internal case assignments. Finance decides corrections through TotalFBO; the account director approves external communication after local service confirmation.
Named-owner routing is configured and demonstrated for each deployment. Governance covers actions routed through its configured boundary; external systems remain responsible for actions outside that scope.

How your data stays under your control
HiveSilo's published architecture keeps customer identities and re-identifiable data inside the customer's enclave. HiveSilo receives permitted non-PII signals and scores. Validate that boundary for the exact workflow before connecting a new source. [HS4]

Customer identities, passenger records and re-identifiable account matching stay inside your approved environment. The proposed HiveSilo layer receives only permitted non-PII signals and scores. Hashes and reference numbers are not automatically anonymous; screen them before release. TotalFBO and your other providers retain their separate contractual data responsibilities.
Customer identity custody is separate from HiveSilo account, billing and support records. Re-identifiable pseudonymous data is not anonymous.

A connection built around your permissions.
For the documented established integration, FlightBridge supplies credentials, and TotalFBO's scheduled batch service imports information into the chosen database. This is a named partner mechanism, not evidence of unrestricted real-time API access.
Spreadsheet report exports provide a defensible initial customer-controlled evidence route. Validate report fields, permission preservation and refresh frequency before using them in an account workflow.
FlightBridge's July 2026 NetJets guide lists legacy TotalFBO version 7.20.051 or later as supported but Next-Gen as not yet supporting that feed. Its separate Next-Gen activation article confirms a distinct setup path.

A useful fit when
Best for FBO groups with valuable enterprise accounts, multiple locations and recurring cross-team commercial questions.
- Group agreements affecting local service decisions.
- Identified TotalFBO editions and reporting owners.
- Finance and account leadership able to coordinate a resolution.
Consider the fit
- Native reports may fully serve a simple single-location account.
- Choose a material contract-to-service question rather than adding a second accounting view.
In your enquiry, name TotalFBO and the business decision. Please leave out client records, credentials and sensitive samples.
Eight questions before your briefing
1.Does TotalFBO already support enterprise reporting?
Yes. TotalFBO describes departmental accounting, shared customer information, reporting and front-counter functions. HiveSilo’s proposed contribution is a contract-to-service review spanning additional approved records, not a claim that cross-location reports are missing. Start with a customer question whose answer requires evidence held outside the native accounting workflow. [P248-S02]
2.Why does the TotalFBO edition matter?
Integration behavior depends on the actual deployment and connection route. FlightBridge documents a separate Next-Gen setup and edition-specific support for its NetJets feed. A review should identify the edition and relevant feed before comparing records, rather than assume legacy and newer deployments receive identical information at the same time. [P248-S05]
3.Could approved reports be the starting point?
Yes. TotalFBO documents spreadsheet exports and report-specific security. A proposed review can begin with an authorized, minimized report and preserve its permissions, location and extraction date. It should not expand access simply because the information has moved into another file or because several locations share an enterprise customer. [P248-S03]
4.How does the documented FlightBridge connection work?
The documented established connection uses FlightBridge-supplied credentials and TotalFBO’s scheduled batch process to import reservations and qualifying service information. Operator-account matching can require a user selection. That is a specific partner route; it should not be treated as proof of unrestricted, real-time access for another integration. [P248-S04]
5.What should a group account briefing contain?
It could connect the relevant local invoice, permitted service evidence, enterprise agreement and current case owner. The brief should show which facts are confirmed and where mapping or contract interpretation remains unresolved. Finance and the local FBO validate their records before the account director approves the customer response. [P248-S03]
6.What happens when two accounts could match the operator?
Hold the proposed response and ask the authorized local owner to resolve the account relationship. A matching tail or operator name alone may not establish the right billing entity or agreement. Record the accepted mapping and its basis so the group review does not inherit an unexplained account assumption. [P248-S04]
7.Does this change ramp, fuel or operational decisions?
No. This proposed workflow is an enterprise commercial review. Local authorized personnel retain operational, fuel-safety and service-delivery responsibilities; finance retains accounting authority. A customer-facing explanation must not imply technical or operational confirmation that the responsible team has not provided, even when the account is commercially important. [P248-S02]
8.What should we prepare for a first discussion?
Describe one recurring enterprise dispute, the locations involved and where the contract, invoice and service facts are held. Include the known TotalFBO edition and reporting owner, without sharing private customer documents. We can then define the minimum evidence and who must approve the response before evaluating the business case. [P248-S03]
