HiveSilo never receives, stores, or is able to decrypt your customers' personal data. That data travels directly from your website into your own per-tenant confidential VM, a hardware TEE we cannot see into, and your CRM and ad dispatch run inside that enclave using your own keys. This is the structural reason data residency becomes something you set rather than something you hope we will honor. You rightly hold your own clients' information; we simply ensure no outside system is ever given a copy of it.

Does HiveSilo ever hold our customers' PII?
No. HiveSilo never receives, stores, or is able to decrypt customer PII. Yes, and that is precisely the design. Each customer receives an isolated, reproducibly built, hardware-attested enclave that can be verified without trusting us. A downloadable security package and a public attestation API are available, and the live Trust Center already provides public attestation and verification today.
Is HiveSilo certified?
We are candid on this point: HiveSilo is not yet certified. Our controls are mapped to recognized security frameworks, and independent third-party penetration testing and code audit are scheduled for 2026 Q3. We will never badge a certification we have not earned.
Will you name a client we can call as a reference?
Our clients are real but under NDA, so we neither name them nor use logos. We can speak to client-reported outcomes, which we always label as such rather than present as a guarantee, and we discuss reference arrangements case by case under mutual NDA.
