A Delaware C-Corporation, and the legal entity that operates the platform and is party to your Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Agreement. Full registration details and the corporate record are provided to counsel during diligence.
Contracting & diligence
MSA, DPA, subprocessor register, and the security and privacy packages are available through the Trust Center under NDA. Your legal and security teams get the documents they need to underwrite the relationship.
One accountable party
The intelligence layer is operated by HiveSilo Inc. as a single accountable counterparty. There is no diffuse chain of resellers or data brokers between you and the company responsible for the architecture.

Claims on this site are constrained by process, not goodwill.
Production changes pass through a governed pipeline: an architectural invariant suite, a master-graph drift gate that refuses stale or unverified claims, append-only runtime receipts, and a signed supply chain. Status that is not earned is described as in progress, mapped, or scheduled, never as done. The decision-core records who authorised a production change and on what evidence. The point is simple: the things we tell you on this site are the things the system itself will not let us misstate.
Verify, don't trust
The strongest claim we make is the one you can check: hardware-attested, reproducibly-built enclaves whose current verification status is published in the Trust Center. The company stands behind the architecture; the architecture lets you confirm it without taking our word.
