The intelligence layer is operated by HiveSilo Inc. as a single accountable counterparty. There is no diffuse chain of resellers or data brokers between you and the company responsible for the architecture.
HiveSilo complies with U.S. economic-sanctions law administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). We do not knowingly provide services to parties on the Specially Designated Nationals list or to comprehensively embargoed jurisdictions.
Export classification (self-classified): the platform is mass-market software whose only cryptography is standard transport and storage encryption, self-classified under the U.S. Export Administration Regulations as ECCN 5D992.c. This is our good-faith self-classification, not legal advice; the underlying classification support is available to counsel under NDA.
For EU, UK, and Swiss personal data, cross-border transfers are governed by the applicable Standard Contractual Clauses (EU SCCs 2021/914), the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and the Swiss adaptations, executed as part of the Data Processing Agreement. These transfer mechanisms are provided in the DPA package.
By design, HiveSilo never takes custody of your customers' personal data, scoring runs inside confidential compute we cannot see into, and we do not sell personal information. HiveSilo is not a data broker and is not required to register as one under state data-broker laws.

Accountable for HiveSilo Inc., the platform's direction, and its security and privacy commitments. Production-enablement decisions are made and recorded under a documented, honestly-scoped authority record rather than an informal process.

Responsible for HiveSilo's operations, client delivery, and the structured diligence process that governs how the platform is run for each client. The operational counterpart to the architectural controls.
Head of Client Success
Responsible for the client relationship after onboarding: the discreet, high-touch support that a confidential client base expects, and the single point of accountability for each client's experience of the platform.

Governance
Claims on this site are constrained by process, not goodwill.
Production changes pass through a governed pipeline: an architectural invariant suite, a master-graph drift gate that refuses stale or unverified claims, append-only runtime receipts, and a signed supply chain. Status that is not earned is described as in progress, mapped, or scheduled, never as done.
The decision-core records who authorised a production change and on what evidence. The point is simple: the things we tell you on this site are the things the system itself will not let us misstate.
Verify, don't trust
The strongest claim we make is the one you can check: hardware-attested, reproducibly-built enclaves whose current verification status is published in the Trust Center. The company stands behind the architecture; the architecture lets you confirm it without taking our word.
