Engagement
How an engagement actually works
There is no self-serve signup and no published price list. Every engagement is scoped to your business, conducted under NDA, and sized to the value it creates. This page consolidates the sequence — briefing, technical walkthrough, deployment, measurement — along with how procurement runs and what shapes the enterprise figure.
The sequence
From first conversation to measured results
Four stages, each of which you can stop at. You can assess the entire model before a single record of yours moves, because proving the architecture requires no data from you whatsoever.
-
A private briefing
It begins with a 30-minute institutional walkthrough, requested through the briefing form. We demonstrate the model on accounts that resemble yours — how first-party, non-PII signals resolve to high-intent UHNW and VHNW buyers in real time — specific to your vertical and without theatrics. If we are not the right fit, we say so plainly rather than waste your time.
-
A scoped walkthrough under NDA
Bring your CISO, your security architects, and your General Counsel. Under NDA we walk through the sealed-PII architecture, the multi-tenant isolation, the append-only audit and runtime receipts, the signed supply chain, and the fail-closed agentic governance with its per-decision kill-switch design. We never publish the internals, yet your team sees everything it needs in order to sign off.
-
Deployment, in roughly 72 hours
Once it is a fit, going live is measured in hours rather than quarters: your per-tenant confidential enclave is provisioned and hardware-attested, lightweight first-party instrumentation goes on your site with form PII wired to flow directly into your own enclave rather than through us, your existing CRM and ad platforms connect from inside the enclave, and your team independently verifies the running system. The step-by-step path is on How it works.
-
Measurement, in your systems
Results are measured where they should be: in your own CRM and ad platforms, over a measurement window you control. Conversion lift, pipeline change, and ad-waste reduction remain client-measured figures — where a client approves publication we label them client-reported with their measurement window, and we never restate client figures as independently audited HiveSilo metrics. What we promise is the architecture, and that you can verify continuously from the first hour.
Pricing
What determines the enterprise figure
Pricing is scoped privately to your business and provided on inquiry. These are the factors that shape it.
Traffic volume & market
The volume of first-party traffic the deployment reads and the market you compete in. The same variables that drive outcomes drive scope.
Vertical & transaction profile
Your vertical, price point, and sales motion, from luxury real estate and private aviation to wealth management and fine art. Each carries its own deployment pattern.
Revenue band, region & category
The figure you receive is scoped to your revenue band, region, and category, one number for your situation rather than a tier from a table.
Integration surface
Which CRM and advertising platforms the enclave dispatches into. The layer integrates with your existing stack rather than replacing it, and the breadth of that surface is part of scope.
Support model
Engagements carry the discreet, high-touch client success a confidential client base expects, with a single point of accountability for your experience of the platform. The depth of that model is scoped with you.
Optional exclusivity
Category and region exclusivity is available by application. It is selective and bespoke, a deliberate conversation about your market rather than an off-the-shelf add-on, and it materially changes the shape of an engagement.
No price lists
We publish no price lists, and any number on this page would be a guess about your business. The engagement is sized to the value it creates rather than to a fixed tier — in practice, a rounding error against the value of a single client relationship it helps you acquire or a single data incident it helps you avoid. You receive one enterprise figure, on inquiry.
Diligence
How procurement and security review runs
The process is designed to give the people who say no for a living what they need to sign off, or to disqualify us quickly. Either outcome respects their time.
-
Under-NDA technical walkthrough
A structured session with your security and legal teams covers the attestation model, the data boundary, the governance evidence, and precisely where verification responsibility sits, in genuine technical depth.
-
Evidence package
Control mappings to recognized security frameworks, the current audit posture, and the integrity proofs behind the runtime receipts, including our CAIQ v4 / CSA CCM v4 self-assessment and a SIG-aligned response, with status recorded as it is actually implemented today, never as a roadmap.
-
Contract documents through the Trust Center
The MSA, DPA, and subprocessor register, together with the security and privacy packages and the full data-flow matrix, are provided under NDA through the Trust Center — where the public verifier interface, signing keys, and current verification status are already published for anyone to inspect before speaking with us.
-
Residency, egress & keys
Documentation of where data resides and the explicit egress allowlist that constrains what may leave the enclave, plus the customer-managed key model: BYOK is live and activated per tenant, with keys supplied directly or fetched at runtime from AWS KMS, Azure Key Vault, or GCP Cloud KMS.
Deliberately narrow
This engagement is built for USA enterprises in the $75M to $1B range acquiring UHNW and VHNW clients at $200k to $50M+ per transaction. If that is not your situation, we are almost certainly not the right fit, and we will say so plainly rather than waste your time.
Begin
Start with the briefing
Bring your counsel and your security team. You can assess the entire model before a single record of yours moves, and verify the architecture without taking our word for it.
The current verification status is published at the Trust Center. Enterprise pricing on inquiry.
